Amelia was an only child, raised by a single mom. She struggled with attention deficit disorder and low self-esteem starting when she was very young. She began cutting herself in the 6th grade and moved on to drugs and alcohol by her freshman year in high school. Eventually Amelia began treatment and is now on the path to graduate from high school. Follow her journey.
