Connected by 25: Success for every young Portlander.
More than 4 in 10 local youth don't complete high school on time – or at all. Too many young people are on the streets. Too many don't have the resources or connections to continue their education or get a meaningful job. Connected By 25 harnesses the energy of Portland citizens to connect every young person to school, work, and community by the age of 25. An initiative of the Portland Schools Foundation, Connected by 25 represents a coalition of dozens of groups committed to success for all our youth.
Who's falling behind in our community? What is it costing us? What's being done about it and what more can we do? See a preview of the forthcoming Connected by 25 report that addresses those questions and more.
